the number had called me many times but i missed. But there was one day the number called, i answered, but i was in a class. a woman talked to me and she knew my name. but i had to say that i'm in the class. so i hung up. when i tried to call back, it didnt answer

He Tony claimed I was going to jail and needed to talk to me right away someone was using my ss# and my name. If I didnt call him I would go to jail and he would tell my employer. My friend called him back and he knew her name and telephone number. I have an attorney friend trying to reach him to see what is story is.

said it was an attorney firm but when asked for address information s that my attorney can contact them kept on hanging up

This is a call about a LARGE check loan. In my case I was really oblivious due to a situation that was difficult for me. I had my check book stolen after the loan had been half paid off. I just called the number back and talked to a represenative. He called me a "dumb ass" and told me we would meet in court. I told him to do what he needed to do and I will be more that glad to discuss the matter in court. I have no idea what "collection" matter he is refering to, only it wasnt me and my number was given as a contact.
